Easter Ham

I hope everyone enjoyed their Easter. I was lucky enough to have a chance to hang out with family and friends. My wife and I cooked a wonderful meal that included Ham. We cooked a bone in Ham and cooked it in a turkey bag. That is the way to go if you are cooking it in your oven. This is the third time we have done this, and the ham comes out very moist without watching over it. Which is important to me on Easter because it was the final day of the Masters and it was an excellent tournament. My wife asked me to pick out a bottle of wine to go with dinner. We all have learned the basics of white wine goes with fish and red wine goes with beef. What about pork chops or ham. I thought about it for a brief second.
